Push a SOW's milestones and customer responsibilities to Todoist from its Review tab — due dates carry over, already-pushed items are skipped. Get an API token from Todoist → Settings → Integrations → Developer.

Email delivery (SMTP) and AI note extraction are configured per company now — each company's Edit page has its own Email delivery and AI note extraction cards, since every company sends from its own account and may use its own Anthropic key. Jobber works the same way: won quotes push there as Client → Property → Quote.

Every entity in the app has a JSON REST API — the catalog is at /api/v1 (list, get, create, update, delete for customers, SOWs, estimates, invoices, time, catalog…, plus reports, search and AI actions). With no token set the API answers on this machine only; set a token to call it from anywhere the server is reachable, sending Authorization: Bearer <token>.

Built-in rendering produces a complete table of contents with real page numbers. LibreOffice conversion matches the Word file exactly, but leaves the table of contents unbuilt until someone opens the document in Word. LibreOffice was not found on this machine, so the built-in engine is used either way.
